Before founding Zumartech in 2020, Tanveer built his consulting foundation inside large advisory firms — Deloitte, Grant Thornton, and Towers Watson — then took what he learned about how the majors run a program and built Zumartech to deliver it without the overhead: one accountable leader, not a rotating team.
